Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
  • Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).
  • Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.
  • Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
  • Act as a focal point between internal departments for onboarding end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
  • Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Passion for sales
  • Commitment for achieving goals
