Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Dial Expert is a rapidly growing BPO and call center company specializing in sales and cold calling. We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us find exceptional talent to drive our continued growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to final offer.
- Find, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates using social media, job sites (like Indeed), LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with senior HR for final interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM system.
- Contribute to new recruitment strategies and creative sourcing methods.
- Analyze recruitment data and market trends to ensure competitive and efficient hiring.
- Provide support for administrative HR tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring.
- Direct experience recruiting for call center or BPO roles, with a focus on sales and cold calling.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with excellent grammar and pronunciation.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Zoom, Discord, and Google Meet.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with the LinkedIn Recruiter system is a plus.
- A professional, patient, and ambitious team player.
- Work Schedule: This is a full-time, remote position (9-10 hours/day, 5-6 days/week). The initial two weeks require an evening shift (5-6 PM to 3-4 AM EEST), with flexible hours after that.
- Location: While we have a preference for candidates in Cairo, we welcome applications from anywhere.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: EGP 13,000 - 20,000, based on experience.
- Performance Bonus: Paid per hire upon meeting targets.
