Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team. The role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.

Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting) to attract high-quality candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.

Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the candidate journey to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports, metrics, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.

Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
