About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment initiatives and help us build a high-performing workforce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys hands-on execution, and can balance high-volume hiring with strategic talent pipeline development.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving employer branding efforts, and partnering with business leaders to ensure we consistently attract and retain top talent across functions.

What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the hiring process from role scoping, job postings, sourcing, and interviews through to offer management and onboarding.
Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies to target passive and active talent using multiple channels (social media, job boards, referrals, headhunting, etc.).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and deliver against headcount plans.
Data-Driven Decisions: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to optimize hiring efficiency.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and Marketing to design recruitment campaigns, career page content, and events that enhance our employer brand.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles, ensuring a proactive hiring approach.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all hiring processes align with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally with exposure to startup, mass hiring, or sales hiring environments.
Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that requires flexibility and ownership.
Hands-on executor who thrives on delivery rather than a purely strategic role.
