Job Location- Pitampura, Delhi

Timing- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced recruitment with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles, while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Conduct telephonic/initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage applicant tracking and maintain recruitment-related reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives/career fairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably across multiple domains/industries).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
