Role Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Coordinator based in Gojra to join our growing people and delivery function. This role is vital to helping us identify, attract, and onboard high-quality technology professionals into our Fusion Pods. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, with an initial onboarding period based fully on-site in Gojra, and an ongoing hybrid schedule thereafter. Your role will involve both strategic recruitment support and hands-on coordination, helping to grow a talent pipeline that aligns with our standards and values. This is not an assistant role. You will be expected to take initiative, think critically, and maintain high standards in communication, organisation, and stakeholder management. Your success will be measured not just by hires made, but by how effectively you manage candidate experience, scheduling, and internal alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, other online platforms, and internal networks.
- Perform structured screening interviews to assess communication ability, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a clear and consistent pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for priority roles.
- Manage interview logistics across Pakistan and UK calendars, including internal leads and external stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates post-screening to ensure smooth progress and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Ensure job descriptions, screening forms, and hiring documentation remain current and well-structured .
- Support onboarding administration for new hires, including coordination with line managers and HR.
- Assist in the development of structured talent profiles for internal resourcing.
- Work with local management and the UK-based team to align recruitment priorities.
- Participate in weekly meetings, providing status updates and recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvement discussions around sourcing, branding, and pipeline health.
- Support local outreach initiatives such as university relations, careers fairs, and internship programmes.
- Help create awareness of Cloud Surge’s mission and culture within Pakistan and beyond.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
- Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple tasks, follow up independently, and maintain consistency.
- High attention to detail — particularly in scheduling, documentation, and follow through.
- Confident using tools like Microsoft Teams, Excel/Google Sheets, email scheduling tools, and ATS platforms.
Preferred (Not Essential):
- Experience recruiting within the technology or IT services sector.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem roles (e.g. Power Platform, D365, Azure) or custom software development teams.
- Exposure to UK-based or international work environments.
- Familiarity with recruitment tooling such as LinkedIn Recruiter, BreezyHR, Workable, etc.
- Working Environment:
Hybrid role based in Gojra, Pakistan.
- Initial onboarding period will require full-time on-site presence.
- Ongoing schedule will include a mix of on-site and remote work.
- Expected to align work hours occasionally with UK time zones (e.g. for team meetings, interviews).
