Talent Acquisition Specialist

India

Responsibilities:

1.Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements for IT & Non-IT roles.

2. Source and screen candidates using various job portals.

3. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process: from posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, to offer negotiation

4. Conduct initial phone / video interviews, assess candidate fit

5. Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.

6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Qualifications

1‑2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition for IT/Non-IT.

Good communication skills (written & spoken)

Comfortable using ATS / HR tools, MS Office (especially Excel), Google Suite

Use of Boolean searches, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
