Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Specialist to lead recruitment strategies and employee retention programs for our growing India operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hiring top talent, developing retention programs, and fostering a strong organizational culture to attract and retain skilled professionals in the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for key technical, managerial, and leadership roles.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract top engineering and technical talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions tailored to business expansion.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and university placement cells for campus hiring.
  • Ensure efficient hiring turnaround time while maintaining quality in selection.

Employee Retention & Engagement

  • Design and implement employee retention programs to reduce attrition, especially for critical roles.
  • Develop career development plans, succession planning, and internal growth opportunities to retain high performers.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Establish mentorship and training programs to foster employee growth and job satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive work culture through reward & recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Work closely with HR and leadership to ensure best HR practices in hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Indian labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain HR analytics and dashboards to track hiring effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and retention trends.
  • Manage performance evaluations and exit interview processes to identify improvement areas.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Strong understanding of hiring in the engineering/manufacturing sector.
  • Experience with HR Tech platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ability to build a high-performance culture and align talent strategy with business growth.
  • Strong networking skills with industry professionals, recruitment firms, and engineering colleges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
