Resposibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier professionals.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct market research on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.
  • Utilize HR analytics to track recruitment performance and improve hiring efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
