About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various roles within our real estate company. This position requires a proactive recruiter with a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure we hire the best professionals to drive our business forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across sales, marketing, property management, and support functions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and role specifications.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Foster strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate job roles, skills, and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
