The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent across all Alpago Group entities, including Alpago Properties, Alpago Design & Build, F1rst Motors, and Alpago Manufacturing Joinery . This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle while upholding Alpago’s reputation as an employer of choice in the luxury sector.


We’re looking for a proactive and high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you’ll own everything from sourcing to onboarding while also playing a key role in workforce planning, employer branding, and building a killer talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, agencies, social media, and networking events.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray, etc.) to reach passive talent.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain a pre-screened talent pool for urgent or recurring roles.
  • Engage potential candidates through regular updates and outreach.


2. Job Posting & Advertising

  • Draft accurate, appealing job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Post job ads across company platforms, LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Indeed, and others.
  • Align job ads with employer branding and tone of voice.
  • Use data to test and optimize ad performance.


3. Screening & Candidate Evaluation

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role criteria.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit and culture alignment.
  • Coordinate assessments or case studies as needed.
  • Share timely feedback with hiring managers and highlight red flags where necessary.


4. Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Schedule and manage multi-stage interview processes smoothly.
  • Guide hiring teams on interview best practices and scorecards.
  • Act as the main candidate point of contact, ensuring a great experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align hiring with approved manpower budgets.


5. Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Prepare and roll out offers, negotiate terms, and close top candidates.
  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation with HR operations, PRO/admin, and IT.
  • Conduct pre-joining follow-ups to reduce drop-offs.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience on Day 1.


6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Lead branding efforts in collaboration with HR and marketing (content, social media, events).
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  • Collect candidate feedback and improve the hiring journey.
  • Create an employer image that attracts top-tier professionals.


7. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report recruitment metrics: time to fill, source of hire, pipeline stats, etc.
  • Share weekly/monthly updates with the HR Manager and top management.
  • Use data to drive smarter hiring decisions and strategy refinement.


8. Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and documentation.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with PRO/admin for visa formalities and legal requirements.


9. Manpower Planning & Strategic Support

  • Align with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
  • Support quarterly/annual workforce planning activities.
  • Recommend improvements to org structure and role definitions.
  • Assist in building internal mobility and succession frameworks.


10. Agency/Vendor Management

  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill or volume roles.
  • Evaluate agency performance and ensure contract compliance.
  • Coordinate invoicing and vendor agreements with procurement/finance teams.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing skills, especially with LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean/X-ray techniques
  • Proven track record hiring across technical, corporate, and operations functions
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa/work permit processes
  • Familiar with ATS tools and modern recruitment platforms
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple roles at once
