Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–7 years of experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, building strong client and candidate relationships, and driving successful placements across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent solutions.

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.

Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining high-quality standards.

Meet individual and team hiring targets.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency.

Strong sourcing, negotiation, and client management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring and revenue targets.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary + Attractive Commission Structure based on performance.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
