Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent for various real estate roles, including sales, leasing, property management, marketing, and administration. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry and the ability to build a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with the company’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for different departments within the real estate business.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and social media).
  • Conduct initial screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain a database of qualified real estate professionals for future openings.

🧭 Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Partner with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Plan proactive recruitment campaigns to support new projects, developments, or expansions.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Ensure hiring aligns with company culture, values, and business objectives.

📢 Employer Branding

  • Promote the company’s image as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
  • Manage recruitment marketing activities — job ads, social media presence, and career page content.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, real estate networking events, and job drives.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition , preferably in the real estate industry (sales, brokerage, or property development).
  • Strong understanding of real estate roles and market trends in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Social media.
