Job Description:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods such as job postings, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and facilitate interviews using different formats (e.g., structured, behavioural) to assess candidates' skills and fit for the company culture.
  • Negotiating Offers: Discuss and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates
  • Verify references and conduct background checks on job candidates
  • Provide applicants with information regarding compensation, job benefits, and working conditions
  • Explain human resources policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
  • Responsible for maintaining all the internal trackers and data system.
  • Collaborate with the human resources team in implementing effective HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on regular & continuous basis.
  • Maintain employee personnel records.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related areas
  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Executive or a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
