Role Summary
The TA Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs. This role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the organization’s employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to identify potential hires.
Employer Branding
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media campaigns, events, and employee testimonials.
- Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
Data and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback.
Key Skills and Competencies

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or a fast-paced industry is a plus.
