Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for real estate agents from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop targeted hiring strategies to build a robust talent pipeline that supports company growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Brokerage Managers and Sales Leadership to forecast hiring needs and tailor search efforts to team culture and performance goals.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Actively source high-performing real estate agents using various methods: LinkedIn, referrals, events, job boards, direct outreach, and cold sourcing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for future opportunities.
- Create compelling outreach campaigns that communicate Richmond Properties value proposition to experienced agents.
Technology & Reporting
- Use the company s ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate data, track performance metrics, and report on recruitment status to the Recruitment Director.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview feedback, and follow-up actions.
Brand Representation & Candidate Experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Richmond Properties as an employer of choice in the real estate market.
- Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the company at real estate events, job fairs, and industry networking gatherings.
Market Intelligence & Compliance
- Stay informed on real estate hiring trends, commission models, licensing regulations, and competitor talent strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate, brokerage, or high-volume sales environments.
- Proven success in recruiting real estate agents or similar commission-based roles.
- Strong knowledge of real estate structures such as commission splits, independent contractor models, and licensing.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and productivity tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and capability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced setting.
