bout the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in hiring for IT & Non-IT roles, including mid–senior, niche, and high-ticket/leadership positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates across diverse domains while managing stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Handle high-ticket / senior-level / niche hiring across multiple functions.
  • Create job descriptions, source candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and Boolean searches.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles.
  • Conduct active/passive talent sourcing for leadership and niche skills.

3. Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Assess technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
  • Ensure quality profiles and reduce time-to-hire.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates and manage expectations.
  • Advise stakeholders on market conditions, salary trends, and talent availability.

5. Offer Management & Closing

  • Handle salary negotiation and closing of high-ticket candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage the post-offer follow-up process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

6. Recruitment Data & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.
  • Track metrics such as TAT, source efficiency, and offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Improve processes to optimize hiring outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
