Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Hunter to join our fast-scaling fintech team. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse functions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Source candidates through direct applications, job portals database, headhunting, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with colleges and universities to drive campus recruitment initiatives.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Prepare and extend job offers, including salary discussions and negotiations.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand staffing requirements.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in HR Recruitment across domains (IT, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
- Experience working with HR recruitment firms and hiring for fintech roles will be an added advantage.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
