Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, non-engineering within a fast-paced EPC environment . The role will support multiple projects and business units, ensuring timely hiring aligned with project schedules and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, technical, and support roles (site & head office).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes.

Employer Branding & Talent Pools

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain talent databases for future project mobilization.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare recruitment reports (time-to-fill, hiring status, sourcing effectiveness).
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and Egyptian labor law.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within EPC, construction, engineering, or industrial companies .
• Proven experience hiring for engineering, technical, and site-based roles .
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project-driven deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle Recruitment system for job posting, candidate tracking, and onboarding.
