We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional talent across various departments and levels within Concentrix, helping us maintain our reputation as a top-tier CX provider.
You will play a vital role in shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing.
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-quality candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and department leaders, providing expert advice on market trends, compensation, and recruitment best practices.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding and professional candidate experience, communicating clearly and timely throughout the process.
Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely updates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with all local and federal employment laws.
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for Concentrix, effectively articulating our value proposition to potential hires.
💡 Qualifications
Required:
1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a high-volume, corporate, or agency environment.
Proven experience in Mass hiring and recruiting for roles such as Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support, Sales, Operations Management, or corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT).
Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
Proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and challenging deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or CX (Customer Experience) industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
