Overview:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with stakeholders and maintain positive candidate experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across IT and non-IT domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- High-quality performance in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and align on job requirements, competencies, and cultural fit, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Analyze and optimize recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to drive continuous improvement and identify areas for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective employer branding strategies, enhancing the company's reputation and attracting top talent.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the talent pipelin
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
