We’re expanding our technical leadership capacity to support both internal frameworks and client delivery.

As we scale our team, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and own our recruitment processes end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Build and run our hiring pipeline with an ATS
• Drive hiring together with hiring managers for technical and non-technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and evaluation criteria
• Job campaigns across LinkedIn and other platforms
• Drive fast, structured, and fair hiring decisions
• Ensure a strong, professional candidate experience
• Further build recruitment team on the organization and grow towards team leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in recruiting / talent acquisition
• Experience building recruitment processes from scratch
• Comfortable managing multiple roles in parallel
• Hands-on ATS setup and ownership experience (not just usage)
• Pragmatic, organized, and able to push back when needed
• Proven technical hiring experience (engineering roles)

Nice to have

• Embedded systems / hardware / IoT exposure
• Startup, consultancy, or scale-up background
• Distributed or international hiring experience
