Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to assess skill fit and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics using ATS systems.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, and recruitment drives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
