Talent Acquisition Specialist

Shift & Working Days:

 03:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our HR team. The role

involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while supporting end-to-end

recruitment processes. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal experience

who are looking to start a career in HR & Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from the hiring managers

 Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals

 Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates

 Conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews

 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

 Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback

 Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

 Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs as per company guidelines

Skills & Qualifications:

 Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

 Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities

 Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus

 Comfortable working in an evening/night shift

 Proficient in MS Excel and email communication

Educational Qualification:

 Graduate in any discipline

 MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory
