Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the company.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting events.
  • Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage candidate pipelines effectively.

2. Candidate Experience

  • Manage the candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, maintaining a professional and positive image of the company.

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
  • Help define job descriptions and role requirements to attract the right candidates.

4. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding

  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

5. Employer Branding

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by representing the brand positively in the marketplace.

Attend career fairs and networking events to build relationships with potential candidates.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Analyze recruitment processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
