Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple roles while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to support workforce needs, manage recruitment pipelines, and deliver timely, high-quality hiring results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Assess candidates’ qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and talent pipelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages
• Meet hiring targets and timelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment 1 to 3 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience in call center or BPO recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (B2+ level).
• Previous experience in TA from 1 year to 2 year
• Aware by the labor low
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
