Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding top-tier talent. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback loops.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on hiring metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, sourcing strategies, and talent market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a global or diverse environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in the Gulf region, especially Qatar, is preferred
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring practices is an advantage.
