We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding top-tier talent. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback loops.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on hiring metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sourcing strategies, and talent market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a global or diverse environment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in the Gulf region, especially Qatar, is preferred
- Familiarity with diversity hiring practices is an advantage.
