Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary :

We are looking for Saudi Talent Acquisition Specialist who manages the full-cycle recruitment process, strategically sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational goals. . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and two to four years of experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using various channels to source candidates
  • Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
  • Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
  • Building relationships with applicants and employees
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and job postings
  • Managing the entire hiring process from job description creation to candidate onboarding
