Job Overview

Peak Performance Advisors is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage complete end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business verticals.

The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in full-cycle hiring, stakeholder coordination, strategic sourcing, and consistent target achievement within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This role is strictly focused on recruitment delivery and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding
• Handle multiple open mandates simultaneously with defined TAT
• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, headhunting, and professional networks
• Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication flow
• Lead salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, pipeline reports, and closure metrics
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly hiring targets
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles
• Provide regular hiring updates and market intelligence to management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2-5 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Strong exposure to hiring for sectors such as Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Sales, Operations, or Corporate roles
• Excellent command over sourcing strategies and candidate mapping
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently manage complete recruitment cycles
• Experience working with job portals and ATS platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related discipline
