Job Summary

If so, we invite you to join mSupply as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will source, recruit, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing strong partnership and service to business leaders across the organization. You will support recruiting efforts across a variety of roles and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, including high-volume frontline positions across our distribution and operational teams. This role plays an important part in helping the organization attract and hire the talent needed to support operational growth and business success.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Represent mSupply as a brand ambassador, promoting our organization through various sourcing tools, technologies, and social media platforms.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake meetings and sourcing through offer and acceptance, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for both active and passive candidates.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, including high-volume frontline roles, while maintaining strong communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, professional organizations, social media (such as LinkedIn), and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop candidate engagement strategies to attract talent and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide reporting and recruiting updates to hiring managers regarding candidate activity, hiring progress, and timelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support effective interview practices and hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support recruiting initiatives and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, or a combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting supporting a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background recruiting for frontline or operational roles such as warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or field positions strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including high-volume hiring.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, or recruiting technologies to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate data, and support reporting and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS configuration and optimization, including workflow mapping, system testing, and process improvements related to recruiting workflows.
  • Proven ability to utilize sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Knowledge of modern recruiting technologies and AI-enabled sourcing tools to enhance candidate sourcing, engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
  • High level of initiative, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This position may require over 40 hours per week and includes regular physical activity such as:
  • Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing tools.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, or movement within an office environment may be required.
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, hiring events, or company functions.
