Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Overseeing End to End recruitment (Includes coordinating with headhunters, Job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, Negotiation & Job offer)
- On boarding and Orientation of new employees
- Build organization structure, create talent progression chart
- Responsible of doing a background verification of the candidates before / after induction
- Maintaining human resources records of current and former employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Update on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Handling all matters related to employee attendance and leaves, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Preparing Payroll of current employees and Proceeding full and final settlements for Ex-employees, adhering to legal requirements and company policies
- Implement company policies.
- Assist in the confirmation, promotion and increment evaluation process, collaborating with the CEO and Directors to ensure fair and objective assessments
- Reviewing and managing HR budget
- Issuing Show Cause, Warning & Termination emails.
- Resolving grievances & queries that any of the employees have like (Salary deduction, leaves, attendance, and Income tax).
- Developed JDs and org charts/structures and reviewed them periodically as per reporting changes.
Requirements:
- Working experience of 2 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Persistent, hardworking and passionate to make change / add value
- Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Establish good relationship with all the departments
- BBA / MBA in HR
Note: Accounts Experience would be plus point
