Talent Acquisition Specialist -Collection Team

Giza, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to identify qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing, screening & interviewing.
  • Support in designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

Candidate Management

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the

hiring process.

  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to understand the hiring needs and team dynamics.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills with experience using tools like LinkedIn, and other specific platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Minimum Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources,Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Field Collection sourcing.
  • Experience in same business field is a Must
