Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist- Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for pipeline management.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment posts aligned with company branding.
  • Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or job fairs.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience hiring for IT, Digital Marketing, or BPO roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and hiring tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 11am-8pm
