We're looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in construction or contracting companies to support our regional hiring needs and help us attract top-tier professionals across engineering, technical, and support functions.

What You’ll Achieve

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with project leaders and department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  • Prepare targeted job descriptions based on thorough job analysis and market benchmarks.
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and offline methods.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured evaluation tools and technical assessments.
  • Lead the offer process and onboarding coordination in partnership with HR operations.


Regional & Overseas Hiring

  • Support overseas recruitment efforts and mobilization plans for company projects.
  • Coordinate visa processing, relocation logistics, and candidate documentation.
  • Ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for urgent and upcoming project needs.


What You’ll Bring to ACC

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the construction industry, French speaker is a huge plus .
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for construction industry roles.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract passive candidates.
  • Experience in overseas hiring, including processing work permits and mobilization.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
