Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist with 0–2 years of experience to manage our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment for both in-house and client requirements. This includes scheduling interviews, screening candidates, posting job openings on various platforms, and managing all hiring documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and screen candidates.
• Schedule interviews for in-house and client requirements.
• Manage the complete hiring process including document collection.
• Post job openings on multiple platforms.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and team members.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken).
• Smart, professional, and highly organized.
• Candidates living in Kochi are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
