As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our team and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment of high-quality real estate professionals.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of real estate agents and sales professionals.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify candidates who align with a structured, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and communication skills

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain an active and organized pipeline of qualified candidates

• Track and report recruitment activity, including calls, interviews, and conversion ratios

• Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

• Assist with onboarding coordination, including documentation and joining formalities

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales agents recruitment experiance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate recruitment or sales hiring within the UAE

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
