Job Description:

We are looking a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting within the UAE real estate or property development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization especially in real estate and property development functions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals social media networking and referrals.
  • Screen interview and shortlist candidates in alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Maintain an updated talent database and pipeline for future recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews assessments and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters and employment contracts in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in recruitment, preferably within real estate or property development.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience using HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
