Talent Acquisition Specialist Tamheer

Responsibilities
  • support end-to-end recruitment by assisting with the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to gain insights into departmental staffing needs.
  • Execute CV screening and shortlisting to identify high-potential talent.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and serve as a point of contact to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Generate recruitment progress reports.
  • Contribute to employer branding by managing job board postings and digital outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal recruitment policies and HR procedures.
  • Support the onboarding journey to streamline the transition for new joiners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is a must in HR, Business Administration
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
