About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UAE recruitment, excellent knowledge of job portals, and a proven ability to identify and engage the right candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Strong track record in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
• Proficiency with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
