Talent Acquisition Specialist (UAE Nationals Only)

Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi

We are currently partnering with a leading UAE organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a proactive and well-organized Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys full-cycle recruitment and working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.

The Role:

You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment while supporting business stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and define selection criteria
• Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting
• Managing stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
• Supporting recruitment reporting and tracking through ATS systems
• Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati) - mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices in the market
• Experience working with ATS systemsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
