Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (HR Services / Staffing industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
