What is this role about?
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the edtech domain, to help us identify, attract, and hire top sales talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for talent, particularly in the US market and campus hiring. Expertise in using sourcing portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, IIMJobs, etc., is essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably within the edtech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring sales professionals, with specific experience in US sales hiring and campus hiring.
- Expertise in using sourcing portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, IIMJobs, etc.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success in sales positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit top sales talent to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the sales roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
