Position Overview


We are looking for a strategic partner who will not just fill positions, but will help us build the future of technology at LC Waikiki. You are a builder, a problem-solver, and a trusted advisor. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated “Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Partner - Tech” to join our dynamic team.


Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring for challenging technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
  • Demonstrated expertise in competency-based interviewing and a strong ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Good command of English, confident to conduct interviews and communicate with candidates effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with Assessment Center applications and methodologies.
  • Background in a recruitment agency, a fast-paced company, or experience in hiring for senior-level roles is an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of modern recruitment technologies, including experience with AI-driven sourcing tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, skillfully managing multiple priorities and ambitious deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to stakeholders.



JOB DESCRIPTION


As our Technology Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic advisor at the heart of our digital transformation, building the teams that build our future.


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key technology roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers, advise on hiring needs, and provide market insights.
  • Organize and run assessment sessions such as competency-based interviews, and role plays.
  • Support improvement and digitalization projects in recruitment.
  • Use reporting tools to monitor progress and prepare recruitment insights for stakeholders.


Working Conditions & Opportunities


This position will also provide you work with a hybrid working in our modern office in Istanbul/Giyimkent.
