About the Role:


As a Technical Talent Acquisition Team Lead (IC), you will lead high-impact, full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data roles, shaping recruitment best practices across the function. You will drive regional recruitment efforts across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt, building top-tier talent pipelines and advising hiring managers on market insights and role requirements. In addition, you will support initiatives related to employer branding, employee engagement, and onboarding.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Data roles, ensuring high-quality talent delivery
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, required competencies, and future talent plans.
  • Lead sourcing strategy development and optimize talent pipelines across all technical domains.
  • Conduct deep technical screening to evaluate skillsets and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Drive process excellence by improving workflows, optimizing ATS usage, and analyzing recruitment data.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex or senior technical roles.
  • Support employer branding activities, talent content creation, and marketing collaborations.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and gather insights from interviews and candidates.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience by supporting process improvements and ensuring smooth new-joiner integration.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong focus on technical hiring.
  • Deep expertise in recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Data teams.
  • Ability to influence and lead processes without direct people management.
  • Advanced sourcing, market research, and interviewing capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience improving recruitment processes, ATS workflows, or talent strategies.
  • Exposure to employer branding or people initiatives is preferred.
