What awaits you in this role?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Proactively source and identify top talent through direct search and headhunting activities.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and ethical hiring standards.

What are we looking for in this position?

• Strong communication, observational and listening skills,
• An empathetic, non-judgemental and ethical approach Organisational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of confidentiality,
• BA or BSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administiration, Psychology or Human Resources,
• At least 4 years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar HR role
• Demonstrated head hunting experience in finding and attracting passive candidates,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously,
• Fluency in English (written and spoken),
• Experience in corporate recruitment within [industry – e.g., automotive, technology, manufacturing],
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data for decision-making,
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach,
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
