Talent Acquistion Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for sales-related roles
  • Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates through multiple sourcing channels
  • Handle bulk and high-volume hiring processes efficiently
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate closely with department heads for final selections
  • Develop and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring for sales positions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
