Hiring Assistant Manager – Talent and Organizational Development
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors in HR or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development or L&D.
- Exposure to training coordination, content development, and employee engagement activities.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, LMS platforms, and survey tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and successfully close multiple vacant positions simultaneously, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Manage job postings, sourcing/ head hunting (via LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, etc.),
- Screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Oversee onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and line managers.
- Design and execute OD strategies to foster cultural transformation, boost performance, and align with business goals.
- Conduct organizational assessments, analyses data, and recommend solutions to improve structures, processes, and culture.
- Support the implementation of OD initiatives such as restructuring, role clarification, and performance enablement initiatives.
- Analyses trends and prepare reports to inform OD initiatives and action planning.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by coordinating with departments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs (technical and non-technical) in collaboration with internal and external trainers.
- Manage training logistics, maintain learning records, oversee platform. administration, and track program effectiveness through feedback and evaluations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, including surveys, townhalls, and recognition events.
- Collate and analyses data from surveys and propose actionable insights.
- Support the rollout of initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, recognition, and wellness.
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across functions.
