Talent Coach

Role Summary

The Talent Coach (Trainer – Learning & Development) is responsible for leading the training, coaching, and continuous development of client-facing Executive Assistants (EAs). This role ensures EAs are consistently equipped with the skills, standards, and behaviors needed to deliver high-quality client service. The Talent Coach partners closely with leadership and operations to improve performance, onboarding, and ongoing learning across the EA team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for Executive Assistants (onboarding, upskilling, and refresher sessions)
  • Coach EAs through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and skill development plans
  • Conduct quality reviews of EA-client interactions and provide actionable coaching
  • Identify skill gaps, recurring issues, and training needs based on performance data and client feedback
  • Maintain and update SOPs, playbooks, and learning materials
  • Lead or support ongoing learning initiatives aligned with business and client needs
  • Track training effectiveness and EA performance improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership on learning strategy, tools, and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience training, coaching, or developing Executive Assistants or client-facing teams
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and feedback skills
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, SOPs, and performance standards
  • Ability to lead learning initiatives in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
