Talent Intern (KSA & Bahrain)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Intern to join our Karachi office, with exposure to recruitment support for our teams in KSA and Bahrain. This internship offers hands‑on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for roles across KSA and Bahrain.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in preparing candidate assessments and feedback summaries.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding support once candidates are hired.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Fresh graduates or final‑year students are encouraged to apply.
