The Talent Management Director is a key leader on the Talent & Community team in the Employee Experience organization. This team is a core part of our Talent & Culture strategy, bringing together Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Community Impact to build a stronger, more agile future for the business. This team ensures we attract the right talent, develops employees through continuous learning and leadership growth, and strengthens belonging and purpose through meaningful community engagement. WHAT YOU’LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS
As Talent Management Director, you’ll step into a highly visible, influential role shaping how our people are hired, developed, and prepared for the future. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role brings talent strategy to life by designing and integrating end‑to‑end solutions across recruiting, onboarding, development, early career, flex staffing, and succession.
You’ll operate as both a strategic thought partner and hands‑on execution leader- using data, storytelling, and influence to challenge thinking, guide leaders, and connect talent to business outcomes. This is a trusted leadership role with meaningful impact, ideal for someone energized by shaping the future of the organization through people.
